On Friday, Ohio University’s Black Student Communication Caucus welcomed a prominent poet, Anjanaé Dawkins, to its annual Slam Poetry Contest.
On Tuesday, September 20th, Ohio University’s Insomnia Cookies prepared for another not-so-normal late night as it welcomed back college students with free cookies, limited time offers and special prizes for the first hungry few at the door. Insomniacs across the town were encouraged to take a bite on the night with only one condition…wear those PJ’s!
On Saturday November 28, Bobcats went skating in Bird Arena right after the hockey team took on Illinois. OU's campus recreation department opens the rink up after some home games. Some skaters that fateful night were a lot more inspiring than others. Watch some college students fall, race and dance on the ice from 10PM-to-midnight.
