Putt People First helps the community in a playful way

Past the ivy-covered walls of The Ridges lies a secret spot of sunshine. "Putt People First" is a miniature golf course. OU Vibrations dance their way through second semester at their Spring Showcase

While the end of second semester usually means studying and final exams, for the OU Vibrations it means only one thing: Spring Showcase. Over the course of the year, this group of dancers self-choreographs and practices routines to perform at their annual Spring Showcase. OU celebrates turning 219 with Founders Day Birthday Bash

Ohio University celebrated its 219th birthday Saturday afternoon at the Founders Day Birthday Bash in Baker Ballroom. From 1-4 p.m., alumni, students, staff and Athens locals enjoyed a variety of performances, activities and food. The event was a collaboration between the Student Alumni Board, or SAB, and the Ohio University Alumni Association. Hannah Protsik, a graduate student studying education, serves as the early engagement graduate assistant for the Alumni Association. Part of her role includes overseeing SAB, which she said had previously led Founders Day events. Sights and Sounds: Midnight Meltdown

On Saturday November 28, Bobcats went skating in Bird Arena right after the hockey team took on Illinois. OU's campus recreation department opens the rink up after some home games.
