Jewish people at Ohio University are gearing up to celebrate two important holidays: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. There are many long-standing traditions associated with each, and Hillel OU, a Jewish organization promoting Jewish culture and education, strives to support and encourage not just Jewish students but everyone to take part.

On Tuesday, September 20th, Ohio University’s Insomnia Cookies prepared for another not-so-normal late night as it welcomed back college students with free cookies, limited time offers and special prizes for the first hungry few at the door. Insomniacs across the town were encouraged to take a bite on the night with only one condition…wear those PJ’s!
