Today is Thursday, April 16. Here’s what you need to know:
Good morning,
There’s more to the beloved Jeopardy! host than what’s seen on the T.V. screen.
Publisher Simon & Schuster announced Tuesday it will be releasing a memoir by Alex Trebek on July 21. The book, The Answer Is…: Reflections on My Life will be on shelves just a day before Trebek’s 80th birthday.
Trebek, after receiving much support from fans during his fight with stage four pancreatic cancer, said he wanted his fans to learn even more about the person they’ve been cheering on for so long. The memoir will feature questions Trebek most gets from Jeopardy! Fans, opinions on pop culture and anecdotes on a variety of life topics. This is one book you’ll be rushing out to buy once quarantine ends.
