Papa Johns founder John Schattner will be giving the keynote speech at the inaugural College of Business Marketing Symposium on Thursday.
Papa John's Pizza founder and CEO John Schnatter will give the keynote speech at the College of Business' Marketing Symposium on March 26.
The inaugural event will bring in representatives from companies such as Microsoft, AT&T, JPMorgan Chase, LinkedIn, J. M. Smuckers and others.
The symposium was organized to help students network with industry professionals.
Schattner, who appears as the red-shirted, pie-wielding and Camaro-driving head of Papa Johns, has been decorated with several industry awards including: the 1998 National Ernst & Young Retail/Consumer Entrepreneur of the Year and was inducted into the Junior Achievement U.S. Business Hall of Fame in 2007, according to a university news release.
Bloomberg Business estimated Schattner's annual compensation at nearly $3.3 million in Fiscal year 2013.
