Ohio lost to Troy 28-23 at the Dollar General Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. The Bobcats turned the ball over five times.

Greg Windham started at quarterback, but he wasn't able to pull Ohio out of the mud. Windham threw four interceptions and fumbled once. He threw 47 times, completing 23 of them, for 315 yards. He added two touchdowns as well.

The rushing attack failed the Bobcats as well. They only rushed for 78 yards on 30 carries. Windham was the leading rusher: He had 10 carries for 24 yards.

A bright spot on the Ohio offense was Jordan Reid, who caught 12 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown.

Ohio played well defensively, but despite two early interceptions, the team wasn't able to slow down Troy enough.

Blair Brown led the team in tackles with 12. The Bobcats had seven tackles for loss but just one sack.

The Trojans only gained 322 yards, but turned the ball over just twice, compared to the Bobcats' five. Troy had 21 points off of turnovers.

The Bobcats finished the season 8-6 (6-3 Mid-American Conference). They lost their last two games of the season, 29-23 to Western Michigan on Dec. 2 and tonight to Troy.
