Twitter has been abuzz since the news, which also trended on Facebook.
Playboy this week named Ohio University its number one party school for 2015.
OU students, alumni and others have sounded off on social media for the last day about the ranking. And not everyone was happy about the news.
You can read The Post's initial story on the ranking here.
The new ranking comes on the heels of an especially rowdy weekend of off-campus parties.
Some revelers described the scene as a riot, pointing to partiers throwing bottles at a semi truck and trying to flip another vehicle.
@MLBastian @Mark_Emery I've been telling Hef about OU at many a Playboy Mansion party over the years. Glad he listened.

Playboy named OU the number 1 party school in the country and after being here three weeks I definitely agree.
