Today is Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020. Here’s what you need to know:
Good morning,
What happens when you mix Travis Scott and McDonald’s together? The Cactus Jack.
On Sept. 8, the Houston Rapper’s favorite meal will be available to order across the U.S. for a limited time. For $6, customers can get the “Travis Scott Meal” — including a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, a medium order of fries with barbecue sauce and a Sprite with extra ice.
Scott became the first celebrity to be on the McDonald’s menu since Michael Jordan’s “McJordan” nearly 30 years ago.
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring the Cactus Jack x McDonald’s collaboration to life,” Scott said in a statement. “We are bringing together two iconic worlds.”
McDonald’s confirmed the partnership via Twitter on Thursday morning, which begins Sept. 8 and ends Oct. 4.
