As incumbent Athens County Prosecutor C. David Warren prepared to talk with reporters after defeating challenger Susan Gwinn in the Democratic primary last night, he reminded his audience of the heated campaign ' with a song.
Warren turned on a stereo after winning 7,459 votes to Gwinn's 5,006 votes in the prosecutor race and played Sesame Street's Rubber Duckie. The song referred to a Gwinn campaign commercial that accused Warren of taking too long to get his ducks in a row in a still unsolved murder case. The ad filled television screens with small ducks.-
