You might be able to drink marijuana-infused beer soon.
Blue Moon Belgian Wheat creator Keith Villa is developing three non-alcoholic beers to be released in the fall, according to a Thrillist report. Villa said he’s creating it to “brew a great beer that beer drinkers would love.”
Although it will only be released in Colorado, next year other states that have legalized marijuana will have it on their shelves. The project is collaborating with Ebbu, a Colorado-based company that works in extracting and analyzing marijuana compounds.
The three beers include a light beer, a wheat beer and a heavier beer. Villa said the beer would take effect at a similar pace as drinking a cold one.
Unless Ohio legislators decide to legalize marijuana recreationally, you might have to travel to Colorado for this one.
