Man reports unwanted filming in Ohio University library bathroom

The Ohio University Police department received its second report of someone filming an individual while in an Alden Library restroom Friday, marking the 14th sex-related crime on campus this semester. 

The Ohio University Police Department received its second report this past Friday of someone filming an individual while in an Alden Library restroom.

Classified as an act of voyeurism, it is the 14th sex-related crime report OUPD has received in Fall Semester.

The other incident of voyeurism in Alden took place Oct. 31, when a person reported someone was filming him in the sixth floor bathroom of the library.

The male who reported the incident did not recognize the person who was allegedly recording him, and the report did not specify a gender.

The other incident of voyeurism took place Oct. 7 in the first floor in the Baker Center bathroom. The student reported seeing an unknown male watching him from the crack between the door and the wall, according to the OUPD report.
