Ohio’s two-game winning streak was snapped this weekend with a tough loss to Akron, but it has a great chance to rebound against a struggling Eastern Michigan team.
The Eagles are just 5-16 this season and 2-6 in the Mid-American Conference, but they are coming off a win over Miami on Saturday.

Emoni Bates - Bates was a Top 5 national recruit in the 2021 class and committed to play at Memphis under Penny Hardaway. After a rough season in Memphis, he returned home to Ypsilanti to play for Eastern Michigan and has been putting up incredible numbers despite the teams’ struggles. Last week, he scored 43 points against Toledo, including the last 29 points of the first half for the Eagles.
