Corrin Van Lanen was named MAC swimmer of the week Tuesday.
Freshman Corrin Van Lanen was named Mid-American Conference Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday, according to Ohio Athletics.
The freshman from Green Bay, Wisconsin, won her fourth consecutive 50-yard freestyle race on Friday against Marshall, finishing with a time of 23.71. She also won the 100-yard freestyle race with a time of 52.39.

A second place finish in the 200-yard freestyle and being a part of a first-place finishing 400-yard freestyle relay team propelled her to this honor.
Van Lanen and the Bobcats will travel to Louisville, Kentucky, for the University of Louisville Invitational from Nov. 20-22.
