An Ohio University student charged with stealing from dorm rooms this semester entered a not guilty plea this week.
David Felt, 19, from Mason, Mich., pleaded not guilty Wednesday to two counts of burglary. He was charged after allegedly taking items from two OU dorm rooms without permission “on or about” Feb. 28, according to a news release from the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office.
“(Judge L. Alan) Goldsberry released Felt on his own recognizance and scheduled a jury trial for August 20, 2013,” according to the release.
The case has been investigated by the Ohio University Police Department.
