The Athens Police Department is seeking information from witnesses of what it is calling an "incident" involving a pickup truck and a skateboarder on North Shafer Street Wednesday morning.
It was not immediately clear what the incident was, although a news release from police said it occurred at 11:50 a.m. on North Shafer Street between West Union and West State Street.
