Jerry Noble allegedly stabbed a 60-year-old man in July.
Jerry L. Noble, wanted for the July stabbing of Donald Cusic, has been found and arrested in Jasper, Alabama, authorities have said.
Noble was found yesterday in Alabama, where he also has felony charges against him for fleeing and luting, according to the Athens County Sheriff’s Office.
On July 10, a fight broke out between Noble, 42, and Cusic, 60, at Cusic’s home, authorities have said. The fight ended with Noble allegedly stabbing Cusic with a knife and fleeing the scene. At that time, Cusic was transported to Grant Hospital in Columbus by MedFlight.
Before the stabbing, Cusic had filed a harassment report with the Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 14 stating that Noble had threatened to kill him. Since, the Sheriff’’s Office has been looking for Noble, who has two felony’s against him in Athens County including felonious assault and obstructing justice.
No further information regarding Noble’s arrest has been provided at this time.
