Today is Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019. Here’s what you need to know:
Good morning,
The streaming realm has a new rival, Disney+, which launched today.
For $6.99 a month or $69.99 for a yearly subscription, it is cheaper than HBO Now and Netflix, according to CNET. Users can finally binge watch movies from Star Wars, Marvel, National Geographic and Disney itself and not deal with advertising, unlike other platforms.
Some titles that will be available to watch include animated classics like The Lion King and Snow White, the original Star Wars films and Pixar movies like Toy Story and Finding Nemo. New titles will also be making an appearance to the platform as well, according to Forbes.
Disney+ will launch at different times depending on what timezone you’re in.
