The Texas Supreme Court denied a GOP-led petition seeking to invalidate nearly 127,000 votes in the Houston area.
CNN reported that the Republicans seeking to invalidate the votes argued that drive-thru voting violated federal law. The petition was an attempt to dismantle all drive-thru voting in Texas.
This is the second time during this election that the all-Republican Supreme Court blocked the GOP’s attempt to invalidate drive-thru ballots.
