Following its 9-3 season, it was announced that Ohio would participate in the Myrtle Beach Bowl on Saturday, December 16, against Georgia Southern University according to a tweet from Ohio football.
This will be Ohio’s second straight Bowl opportunity following a win in the Arizona Bowl last season.
Georgia Southern will represent the Sun Belt Conference after a 6-6 season with a 3-5 conference record.
The Myrtle Beach Bowl will be held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and the game will kick off at 11 a.m. EST.
