Baseball: What to know for Ohio vs Northern Illinois

Ohio baseball takes its talents on the road this weekend for a four-game series against Northern Illinois. The Bobcats snagged their second series sweep of the season last weekend against Eastern Michigan, improving their record to 15-11 (9-7 Mid-American Conference). 

GAME INFORMATION:

Opponent: Northern Illinois Huskies (5-21, 4-8 MAC)

Location: Ralph McKinzie Field (DeKalb, Illinois)

The Huskies have the upper hand this season in the all-time series record with a 17-11 record since 2006. Ohio has lost the past four games to Northern Illinois, the most recent one coming from May 24, 2019, where the Bobcats fell 6-3 in the MAC tournament.
