The Mid-American Conference announced the 2020 conference schedule for Ohio on Wednesday.
The Bobcats’ first conference game is scheduled for Jan. 4 at Western Michigan, and the first MAC game in The Convo will be on Jan. 7 against Eastern Michigan.
Jeff Boals, who was hired as head coach of Ohio in March, will coach his first “Battle of the Bricks” game against Miami in The Convo on Feb. 8. The Bobcats will travel to Oxford for the rematch on their last game of the regular season on March 6.
Before the start of conference play, Ohio will face Purdue for a nationally televised game on ESPN 2 in The Convo on Dec. 17. Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m.
The first round of the MAC Tournament will begin March 9 before games move to the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse from March 12-14.
