The Green Bandana Project is a nationwide initiative to reduce the stigma around mental health. If you get a green bandana, the program gives you a resource card for different places to seek help, and they ask you tie the green bandana to your backpack to show you have those resources in case someone else may need them. Advocates of this project say the main goal is to help students feel less alone in their mental health journey.
