Softball: What to know for Bowling Green

Coming off two disappointing losses in a doubleheader against Toledo, Ohio (26-12, 9-4 Mid-American Conference), will travel to Bowling Green (15-25, 7-9 MAC) for another Tuesday doubleheader.

The Falcons are coming off two victories in a doubleheader versus Western Michigan. Based on each team’s record, Ohio is the clear favorite to win both games. However, the Bobcats' recent performance suggests that any team can prevail no matter what their record is.

Bowling Green notes

The Falcons are in the middle in terms of where they stand in the MAC. Compared to last season, Bowling Green is excelling not only in wins but in other categories such as player performance.

Coming in with back-to-back wins—and having home-field advantage—the Falcons will be looking to stay hot and move up the MAC rankings with a series against Ohio.
