Ohio will be without another one of its 2022-23 contributors next year. Guard Kendall Hale announced via an Instagram post that she is medically retiring from Basketball. Hale played for the Bobcats for three years.
Hale struggled with injuries throughout the last two seasons but still appeared in 12 games for the Bobcats in 2022-23. Hale averaged 15.4 minutes per game and 5.7 points per game last season. Hale's sister, Jasmine, was one of the Bobcat's key contributors last year but is set to graduate.
