Men's Basketball: What to know for Bowling Green

Ohio’s got one last game in The Convo this season.

The Bobcats, who recently fell off of a winning streak, have a chance to redeem themselves against the Falcons on Friday. It’ll be the Bobcats' last game before they head to Cleveland for the Mid-American Conference Tournament. However, the Falcons are not going to go easily because they need a win to keep their Tournament dreams alive.

Series History 

Bowling Green handed Ohio an 88-79 loss at the Stroh Center in January. It was Ohio’s second conference game of the season, and continued a rough stretch of road games for Ohio. 

If the Falcons were to win on Friday, it would be the first time they closed out the regular season with a win since the 2012-13 season. 

Player to watch 

Samari Curtis — The senior scored 25 points in Bowling Green’s 88-68 victory over Eastern Michigan on Tuesday. He went 7-11 from the field and made 9-10 free throws. He also contributed three rebounds and five assists.
