Women's Basketball: A second glance at Buffalo and how to watch

Ohio is up to fifth place in the Mid-American Conference heading into Wednesday’s game against Buffalo, but given how tight the race is for the final spots in the MAC tournament, it will need another strong performance to keep its hold on one of those spots.

Ohio is currently tied with Ball State in the standings and holds a slight lead over a quartet of teams vying for the final three spots in the tournament.

The Bulls are the toughest matchup left on the schedule, and the Bobcats will be trying to complete the season sweep on the road.

Player to Watch

Fair – Fair has been on an absolute tear since the last time these two teams faced off, when she was held to just 10 points, her second-lowest total of the season. Fair is averaging 33 points per game over Buffalo’s last four contests and is fourth in the nation in scoring. She is also coming off a 36-point performance against Miami that helped her win MAC Player of the Week honors.
