Sebastian Fabik has entered the transfer portal.
Fabik announced Tuesday via Twitter that he would be entering the transfer portal looking to use his final year of eligibility elsewhere.
The NCAA granted an extra year of eligibility to all 2019-20 spring athletes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, giving him another year beyond graduation.
The Ohio graduate played 48 games for the Bobcats in his senior year. Fabik batted .279 in 154 at bats and had a .416 slugging percentage. He was tied for the team lead in stolen bases with 11.
Fabik was a regular starter for the Bobcats. He switched between left and right field and had a few appearances in center as well. Statistically, he had the best year of his career in 2021.
