As of Sunday morning, Nashville, Tennessee is under a flash flood warning issued by the National Weather Service.
Four people have died in Nashville due to the flooding. Nashville police found a man dead in his car, submerged in the creek overflow. The police found another man dead on a golf course. They believe that the man’s car ran off the road, then he was swept away by high waters after he got out of the car.
The two other victims were a man and a woman found dead near a homeless camp in a wooded area of south Nashville.
One hundred thirty people have been saved from cars and homes by the fire department and water rescue teams. The floods created mudslides and trapped people in their houses.
