The Critics Choice Awards TV Nominations have been announced, with Ozark, The Crown and Netflix leading in quantity.
The 26th annual awards is being hosted by Taye Diggs for his third time. Ozark and The Crown both have six nominations each and contribute to Netflix’s 26 nominations. HBO and HBO Max follow closely with 24 total nominations, a lot in part to Lovecraft Country.
“We are so thrilled to be celebrating the incredible work that was released during this extended season,” Joey Berlin, Critics Choice Association CEO, said. “In a year when the need for entertainment was undeniable, the industry rallied to deliver beautiful series that delighted us, educated us, challenged us and most importantly, brought us all together.”
The film nominees and the ceremony’s format will be announced Feb. 7, and the winners will be announced on the CW at 7 p.m. on March 7. Meanwhile, check out the full list of TV nominations for the awards here.
