A Goodyear blimp was mistaken for a UFO; here's how OU's Bobcats Power the Polls is attempting to engage the younger generation in voting

Today is Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020. Here’s what you need to know:

Good morning,

A TikTok user by the handle of @.babyyjennii, posted a video of a supposed UFO sighting off New Jersey’s Route 21 that reached around 4 million views Monday.

However, Goodyear had confirmed to Insider that it had really just been one of its blimps flying over the area, to get an aerial view of the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Giants game that took place at MetLife stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Not only was the video posted on TikTok, but by other users on Twitter as well, yet some claimed they knew it was a Goodyear blimp all along.
