An Athens County Grand Jury indicted a man on Monday of six separate counts of rape as well as four other crimes.
Along with the six counts of rape, Bryan Sattelmyer, 45, of Newark, was indicted on three separate counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of having weapons while under disability, according to a news release from the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office.
He was arrested in Franklin County on Aug. 28 on rape allegations at the OU Inn.
Sattelmyer is accused of having sexual conduct with a 10-year-old, a 13-year-old and an 18-year-old at the OU Inn while he was working on a project in Athens.
Sattelmyer was previously convicted of a violent offense, so he is not able to possess a gun, according to the news release.
He is being held at the Franklin County Corrections Center awaiting extradition.
