No. 9 Ohio is back to facing top 10 opponents this week when it hosts No. 7 Stony Brook.
The Bobcats have to focus on going from defense to offense quickly and efficiently against a team like Stony Brook. This area is going to be where the game is won or lost. If the Bobcats can handle the pressure, they can get quality shots on goaltenders with subpar stats.
“They are pretty good and pretty structured on the forecheck,” coach Cole Bell said. “There are some openings, but we have to make sure we are being responsible with the puck to take advantage of that.”
