Ohio University didn’t want just another pretty face, so it booked Jesse McCartney to perform at the highly-anticipated TBT Concert.
Hosted by the OU University Program Council (UPC) and Black Student Cultural Programming Board (BSCPB), the annual spring concert will bring the teenage heart throb to Baker Center Ballroom on March 5. Previous artists who have performed at the TBT Concert include Sean Kingston, Never Shout Never, Shaggy, Aaron Carter and more.
McCartney is known for his biggest hits such as “Leavin’,” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in July 2008, and “Beautiful Soul,” which peaked at No. 4 in February 2005. He has also guest-starred as himself in Disney Channel shows Hannah Montana and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody as well as voiced Theodore in Alvin and the Chipmunks and its sequels.
The 32-year-old artist released his most recent singles “Wasted” in 2019 and “Better With You” in 2018, which he will play on his The Revolution Tour beginning in April.
Attendance to the annual TBT concert is free to all attendees.
