The Athens Police Department received a rape report Thursday from a 20-year-old woman.
The incident occurred on Sept. 28 on the east end of the city. The subject is known, but no further information will be released, according to the APD report.
This is the fourth rape report APD has received this school year. The Ohio University Police Department has received one rape report as well.
APD has also received two sexual battery reports and one voyeurism report. OUPD has received one sexual assault report and one sexual imposition report.
