On this week’s episode of “Swing State of Mind,” host George Shillcock interviews Athens City Council candidate Sam Miller.
Miller, a 2018 graduate of Ohio University, is one of two candidates running for the council seat in the first ward in the May 7 primary election. (Miller’s only declared opponent, Arian Smedley, is scheduled to be interviewed on next week’s episode of “Swing State.”)
The two discuss a variety of topics, including Athens’ West Side, sustainability, representation of OU students and the makeup of Athens City Council.
