City Council members will discuss city code fees, mobile vending and a licensure and land use agreement at Monday night’s meeting.
The committee of the whole will discuss fire prevention, city code fees and a subordination agreement for 23 Hanlin Avenue.
A licensure and land use agreement with Ohio University will be reviewed by the Planning and Development Committee. The city wants to use space behind the Athens Community Center as a passive recreation area.
Mobile Vending for parking will also be discussed by the Transportation Committee.
Members will also review the sewer fees and sewer debt allocation for the City of Athens.
