Starting this week Chipotle is open an entire 60 minutes longer for all burrito and guacamole needs. It now shuts its doors at 11 p.m. instead of 10 p.m.
For Chipotle fiends, activities are opening up for what is possible, now that burritos can be bought after 10 p.m.
Drink a beer before the burrito
Chipotle has been used to fill stomachs before heading to the bars. The game has changed, and now there is time to grab a drink or two and still make it to Chipotle for a sobering burrito before it closes.
Hit the gym
It has been hard to find time to finish homework and head to the gym all before Chipotle closes. With the later closing time, there’s no need to sacrifice barbells for barbacoa. Plus, working out helps with the post-burrito guilt.
Register for later classes
Some night classes have ended too late to make an after-class burrito bowl a reality. But now, when scheduling fall semester classes, don’t worry if a class goes past 9 p.m. The guac and chips can now come later.
Get in line at 10 p.m. instead of 9 p.m.
Anyone who’s gone to Court Street’s Chipotle knows of the notorious line that stretches practically out the door. Now that it closes at 11 p.m., the hour-long wait for a chicken burrito bowl can start at 10 p.m. instead of 9 p.m.
