Good morning,

Today is the National Day of Unplugging.

The idea behind the holiday is for people to go a full 24-hours without the use of technology as a way to be able to make connections with the world around them.

A Jewish non-profit known a Reboot came up with the idea in 2010 as a way to promote its Sabbath Manifesto. So take the day off from Snapchat or Instagram and spend time with friends and family instead.
