Dorsey has been named MAC East Pitcher of the Week for the past three weeks.
For the third consecutive week, Ohio ace Savannah Jo Dorsey has been named the Mid-American Conference East Division's Pitcher of the Week.
This time around, Dorsey posted a 3-0 record against Marshall and Western Michigan, and allowed just three runs in 22 and 1/3 innings pitched. She also posted a 33:4 strikeout to walk ratio last week.
Dorsey has been on a tear for the better part of March, but she may face her toughest test of the season when No. 12 Kentucky visits Ohio Softball Field on Tuesday for a doubleheader.
Dorsey has won both of her first two home starts, but Kentucky is 12-0 in road games this season (neutral sites not included). Something will have to give.
