Football: Ohio set to play Appalachian State in Camellia Bowl in Alabama

The game will be Dec. 19.

Ohio football will play Appalachian State in the Camellia Bowl in Montgomery, Alabama, on Saturday, Dec. 19, the team announced Sunday. 

Ohio (8-4, 5-3 Mid-American Conference) will travel to Montgomery after finishing out its season with a 26-21 win over Northern Illinois on Nov. 24.

Redshirt senior lineman Mike Lucas tweeted out Sunday morning about the Bobcats' matchup with the Mountaineers. Appalachian State went 10-2 and 7-1 in the Sun Belt this season and had second place in league standings.
