Ohio looked good against Florida State and Tulsa in the Virgin Islands, and I expect them to come out hot against a Thundering Herd team that is still without a win. Marshall usually has trouble jump-starting its offense in the first half, and with Saul Phillips' typical starting lineup, I expect more of the same. Jaaron Simmons has a double-double. Tony Campbell hits a few 3-pointers, and the Bobcats go into the winter break feeling like the 2015 Golden State Warriors.

This game doesn’t ooze excitement or high-octane offense, but it does seem winnable for Ohio. I'm just looking forward to the postgame quotes.

The Bobcats took a couple close losses in the Virgin Islands, but impressed a great deal in that time. This one shouldn't be close for long.

The lava cake threshold is 73, right? That might be the closest storyline of this one. It'll be fun for fans to see the Bobcats once more before a long break, and they should be treated with a win.

The Bobcats have looked strong this season and played really well in the two home games they have had so far. They should improve to 3-0 in The Convo and win the Battle for the Bell. Does the rivalry cross into basketball, too?
