Ohio was recognized with its tenth straight Division I National Academic Team Award by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association on Monday.
Ohio was recognized Monday with its tenth straight Division I National Academic Team Award, as announced by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
The National Academic Team Award was awarded to institutes that achieved a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the first semester of the 2014-15 academic year.
Ohio was acknowledged along with the likes of Ohio State, Duke, Georgetown and Princeton University.
Seniors Ashley Cureton, Caelyn Hartley and Danielle Rissmiller, along with junior Clarissa Leickly and sophomore Hannah Kingsbury, earned All Mid-American Conference Academic Honors. Hartley also received Distinguished Scholar Athlete recognition.
