Mary Michael Patterson, who made her debut on Broadway in “Anything Goes” and who starred in "Phantom of the Opera,” will share her vast musical experience with an Athens audience Thursday evening.
The School of Music is hosting the performance in Glidden Recital Hall Thursday at 7:30 p.m., said Peter Jarjisian, professor emeritus of choral activities. The performance is free.
Patterson is going to be accompanied by Luke Frazier, a pianist and OU alumnus. Rachelle Fleming, a vocal performer, is also listed as performing, according to the School of Music website.
Patterson will remain in Athens until Friday and work with voice students, Jarisian said.
