To the Editor,
I cannot believe the outrageously embarrassing behavior presented by Ohio University student Claire Chadwick and her fellow activists of "F--kRapeCulture" during professor KC Johnson's anticipated lecture at Ohio University. (By the way, the lecture was about due process, not in any way promoting or accepting of sexual assault or pro rape).
That the Dean of Students’ office has appeared to curry favor with this objectionable group of bigoted and completely irrational advocacy group defies all academic logic. The group’s choice of the disgusting wording on their tops was unusually rude and offensive itself and does great harm to credible support for survivors of real sexual assault.

Was it (F--kRapeCulture’s) office that found the nomenclature "... we get you off" as so offensive? The universal embarrassment that this protest has brought upon the intellectual community at Ohio University is unforgivable. The disrespect to KC Johnson that was displayed by attempting to shame him and prevent him from speaking speaks greatly to the "learning culture" encouraged at your university. Claire Chadwick's abusive and condescending remarks to professor Johnson display a level of outrageous arrogance and rudeness.
The general academic community in Ohio and elsewhere demands at least an apology. Ohio University can do better!
