Three Bobcats including, Lauryl Desch, Adele Sammons and Caelyn Hartley, earn All-MAC honors for their play in the 2014 season.
On Thursday morning, the Mid-American Conference recognized Ohio seniors Lauryl Desch, Caelyn Hartley and junior Adele Sammons, for their play in 2014.
Desch and Sammons were awarded First Team All-Mid-American Conference honors after they lead the Bobcats in almost every offensive statistical category.
Desch lead the Bobcats in scoring with five goals, along with matching Sammons at 12 total points. The Charlottesville, Virginia-native also notched her first career hat-trick in Ohio's 5-3 win over Ball State.
Sammons ranked second in goals and assists, at four. So far, she has tallied seven goals and seven assists in her career and earned MAC Defensive Player of the Week for her two defensive saves against then-No. 17 Indiana.
Hartley earned Second Team All-Mid-American Conference honors after leading the Bobcats with seven assists, a team high. Harley helped solidify a MAC Tournament berth after scoring the game winning goal against Central Michigan on Oct. 25.
