Athens City Council will meet tonight at City Hall tonight at 7 p.m.
Council members will discuss an update on the Intergovernmental Agreement for Sewer Extension proposed by the planning and development committee.
The extension would replace septic tank systems between Athens and Radford Roads that are individually owned.
Council members will also consider several proposals made by the finance and personal committee.
These proposals include a recommendation from the City Auditor Kathy Hecht on the city’s credit card policy, city parking garage repairs and sidewalk improvements on Lancaster Street.
