Ohio University's popular marching band will start its season off with a bang in Cleveland.
The Cleveland Browns will open their season with "Ohio University Day." The Marching 110 will perform at halftime during the Browns game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The season opener will take place at 1 p.m. Sept. 9 at the Cleveland Browns Stadium.
"We're very excited to have the opportunity to travel to Cleveland again for the Browns game," Marching 110 Director Richard Suk said.
The Marching 110 last played at a Browns game in 2006, Suk said, but the band's appearances at NFL games are fairly common. A week after the Cleveland appearance, the band will play at the Cincinnati Bengals opening game.
The entire band will attend the Cleveland appearance, and the Browns will pay for transportation for the one-day trip in addition to providing food, Suk said.
The Marching 110 is advertising discounted tickets for the game.
