The hegemonic powers at Ohio University claim to have a vision of diversity. They claim to provide all students with firsthand exposure to unique social perspectives. They even claim to diligently recruit and retain underrepresented students, faculty and staff. But OU has done little, if anything, to support these claims unequivocally. They have yet to apply this crucial principle to the race of people that multi-culturalism left behind -
