On Wednesday, the Southeast Ohio chapter of the National Federation of the Blind will host an informational meeting for all those interested in NEWSLINE, a telephone reading service for the blind and visually impaired.
The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Athens Public Library.
"Blind people, like everybody else, like to read the newspaper, said Barbara Pierce
president of the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio.
