In what is now a spring tradition, a large crowd gathered on Court Street between Washington and State streets early Sunday morning when the clocks shifted to daylight-saving time.
Athens Police Department and Ohio University officials reported 21 arrests, including 14 students.
At about 1:15 a.m. a reveler on the balcony above Subway, 25 N. Court St., began waving a U.S. flag. At that point, a large portion of the crowd swarmed the street and chanted, -
